I am the one and only admin for the tenant, I created the Team, I've been owner/member since day one. The Team has a Tab running a Power App. It's worked great for two years. Today I can't see it. Users are having no problem. Someone sent me a link to the tab but when I click on it, I get message below.
I can run the Power App separately with no problem, I just can't see it in the Team. I have tried this on two of my computers, both in the Windows Teams client and in Teams for web. Same thing.
Any ideas?

The In Out Board tab displays and works fine for 25 users.
But the tab is missing to me.
This issue just started today. It's been working fine for me for 2 years.
Bing AI gave me instructions on how to restore the tab, but they don't match by step 3.
If you are the owner of the tab, you can restore it by following these steps:

any idea how? Wondering if its being blocked by IT Admin, or just not possible from MSFT yet.
I'm experiencing the same issue when searching for and adding the Workflows app to a Teams Channel (at the top) - I prefer to build power automate flows in the team channel, using the team Forms and Sharepoint rather than building them under my own org account.
Further, when building from the Form trigger: "when a new response is submitted", I cannot even see the Form Name on the Teams Channel included in the drop down menu to select it for the trigger step. I have to manually copy the web URL "ID" and use that as a work around.
That said, I'm not sure MSFT allows for a flow build in "Teams Channel" setting and probably just creates the new workflow from my org account - super frustrating if ture.
