There are a few things you can check to see why the wiki export option is not available in one of your Teams channels:
- Make sure the Teams client is up to date. Microsoft is constantly releasing updates to Teams, and sometimes these updates include fixes for bugs and inconsistencies.
- Check the permissions for the channel. It is possible that the channel where the wiki export option is not available has different permissions from the channel where it is available. To check the permissions for a channel, go to Channel options > Manage channel. Under Permissions, make sure that the Wiki export permission is enabled for all members of the channel.
- Try exporting the wiki from the Teams web app. If you are still unable to export the wiki from the Teams client, try exporting it from the Teams web app. To do this, go to teams.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account. Then, go to the team and channel that contains the wiki that you want to export. Click the Wiki tab, and then click the Export button.
If you have checked all of the above and the wiki export option is still not available, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
In addition to the above, here are some other things to try:
- Clear the Teams cache.
- Restart the Teams client and your computer.
- Try logging out of Teams and back in again.
- Try exporting the wiki from a different device or network.
