Using Teams for messaging customers without paying the license

Hello,

My company recently migrated to Google Workspace. We continue to use Teams in order to 1) schedule Teams meetings with customers and 2) Teams chat customers.

How can we continue to do this without paying the Microsoft license? Or a cheaper license? Is this possible?

you can use Microsoft Teams without a full Microsoft license or opt for a more budget-friendly license. Here are some options:

1. Microsoft Teams Free:
   Microsoft provides a free version of Teams. While it has limited features compared to the full version, it might meet your requirements. You can create users without a license through the admin page and use their credentials to access Teams.

2. Microsoft Teams Essentials:

3. Microsoft 365 Business Basic:
   Priced at €5.60 per user/month, this plan encompasses all Teams Essentials features and additional perks such as live subtitles in meetings, Microsoft 365 apps for web and mobile devices, and 1 TB of extended cloud storage per user.
