Using a Smartphone and Teams / multiple logins
We have a factory floor situation where Android smartphones (Samsung) are installed with Teams and locked to just that and a few non-specific apps. Teams is the default screen. The phone is share across shifts so multiple users have to login in / logout from Teams.
The problem is that although the user logs out (Settings / Log out) the next person to use the phone cannot login. They open the phone, the Teams Login page displays and they enter their credentials. A brief message displays that another user is still logged in with the option to log the user out. The phone then returns to the Login page, often too fast for the user to select logout the previous user.
Why is the User Logout not working in Teams on an Android phone?
