User account from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant and cannot access the apps

Dear Sir,

 

I am fail to login my team in works suddenly during works. I got the same error on my phone and browser (also incognito mode).

 

After research, I tried to delete any unused personal groups and  clear the cache files under Teams folder but still no luck.

 

It will be glad if any suggestion for me to solve this problem. Thanks a lot.

I realize this is an old post, but for the next time. 1. Have the host org. reset your redemption status https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/reset-redemption-status 2. If that doesn't do the trick ask the org. to delete your guest account from their Azure AD (and remove it permanently from Azure AD bin too) and then re-invite you to their org.
