When uploading files in Teams (doesn't matter if in 1:1 chat or channel conversations) the Windows Teams app normally offers always the last chosen location. Now we have instances where there is always offered an outdated location not the last one chosen.
Searching for information in which configuration files or registry entries the last chosen upload directory is saved was unsuccessfull.
And yes:
- we emptied the cache directory
- we even did an uninstall/reinstall of the app to no avail..
So: is there anybody out there who could enlighten us how we could find out where the information about the last chosen upload directory is saved?
Registry?
some json-Files?
possibly somewhere deeply hidden in the M365 account properties?
or - far reaching - in the user mailbox?
