Unable to Update Profile Picture

I am trying to update (i.e. change my existing) profile picture in Microsoft Teams.  I'm speaking about my personal picture, not the team picture.   I have tried every possible thing I can think to...

    Ok,

    I would try this.

    1.) Change the picture in https://account.microsoft.com/profile/
    2.) Change the picture in https://portal.azure.com. Go to Azure Active Directory > Users > Select User > Edit > Change Picture
    3.) Wait 24 hours

    It's definitely the microsoft account which changes it - Outlook has changed, OneDrive has changed but Teams hasn't updated for me either so I would say it's propagation time as the reason it hasn't changed. I am going to check back on mine tomorrow
