Transcript from a Teams meeting where attendee called in

We would like to do interviews with a demographic of citizens that may be homeless. Many will only have the ability to attend the Teams meeting by calling the audio conference number. If our meeting organizer has an audio conference license and creates the meeting, supplies the attendee with the call-in number, can that citizen attend the meeting with the call-in number and are we also able to get a transcript from the meeting? Will the transcript be able to identify the context between that of the meeting organizer (a licensed organization employee), vs the call-in number, which may be the citizen?

Yes, they'll be labelled as a 'Caller' in the transcript.

You may have already planned this, but the audio-conferencing experience can be a bit different if your caller hasn't done it before. They'll need to dial a number, enter a meeting ID and then wait. The audio prompts can be a little delayed too.
