Teams Voice - Call Recording

We are using Teams for all our voice calls, using Microsoft direct with no 3rd parties.

We have been waiting for call recording to be available and see that this is now available.

 

However, the user has to enable each call to be recorded and it is then stored in their OneDrive.

 

Is it possible to enforce call recording to be enabled and to have these stored centrally for training and review purposes?
