Teams not loading up but Office account working fine

I am trying to access Microsoft Teams, however whenever I log in this url displays: https://teams.microsoft.com/_#/oops?errorCode=app_state_service&errorMessage=App%20loading%20failed:%20app%20app_state_service:%20authenticationService_startup-receivedExpiredToken

With this page:

Teams isn't opening on any browser, although it is opening on my mobile phone. Also, my Office 365 is working fine too, I can access my emails, onedrive etc. fine - it is only Teams which isn't working.

Any help would be appreciated please.

P.S - sometimes it will open as normal, but then it may go weeks without working with no apparent cause.
