Teams Navigation Bar

hi all,

 

i have a company acc for teams there i clicked on top right on the profil and clicked on add personal acc.

on the personal acc is on the navigation bar only activity, community,chat and calender so i upgraded the personal acc to the premium one and after the upgrade and cost of 10 euro a month it is still the same without the 3 dots in the navigation bar so i can add new app or like call or anything else. so the 3 dots are missing and it looks like the free version.

    capital4444 Hey, what features were you looking for? You may have upgraded to the M365 Personal account which will give you the ability to make longer meetings with more participants.

     

    If you're looking for the ability to make phone calls, you'd need to upgrade to a Teams Essentials or Microsoft 365 business account and add the Teams Phone option.
