Teams List: Hyperlink & chat reminder

Hi all,

1) Hyperlink - open in teams.

I am trying to make a list in Team channel.
I want to add in folder link in the list - allow users to quickly move to folder location.

1. I copy the folder link within Teams.
2. Added link within hyperlink column.
3. However, when I click it keep opens with browser.

Is there a way to make hyperlink to open in Teams, instead of browser?

2) Chat reminder

Is there a way to generate auto-message when a new item is added in the Team lists?

To remind others in the team chats, or set deadline reminder?
