Teams Auto Attendant Integration with 3rd Party API
I have a client that is looking to integrate a chat function with their AA. For example, AA would give an option, Press 2 to chat with our text bot. When user presses 2 a text back API is connected, and caller is sent a text from the 3rd party text bot.
I can't seem to find any documentation on if this is possible. Any help is appreciated!

This is more of a customization that needs to be built using Power Virtual Agents and Azure Communications Services. As of Microsoft Teams Auto Attendant the feature isn't supported.
