Teams Audio Doesn't Work When Connected to External Monitors
Please help! 🙂 I have an HP Spectre x360 laptop connected via USB port to two external Dell monitors via a Dell DisplayLink port/hub. I have to unplug my monitors in order for Teams audio (both mic and speakers) to work. Is there some configuration setting somewhere to fix this? TIA
Hi,
Have you tried setting default mic and speaker from settings in Teams (you find settings by clicking on your profile image in the upper right of your Teams client)
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-your-call-settings-in-teams-456cb611-3477-496f-b31a-6ab752a7595f (see section Change your default mic, speaker, or camera).
