Teams Approvals App

Hello,

My team has been using MS Teams Approvals to obtain client approval on documentation. While one of my team members was away we found that there is no way for me, or any of the other team members, to access the approvals she has initiated. Is there a way/setting that I (manager) can be set up to view my team's approvals? If not, is there a similar app that you would recommend for approvals that would allow myself or the team access to each other's approval flows?
