Teams App - Trusted Link?

I'm attempting to create a personal tab app for a modern SharePoint page.  I get the following when trying to test the install:

I have side loading enabled and my account is a global admin...  Any thoughts on what this means?  

the links mentioned are to my company's web site, that is secure.
