I have a client that we work with, but they have more than one instance of Office 365. The one that I manage has absolutely no association with the other. The only thing that is the same is the user name. When the user logs into the one mobile client, it will add the tenant to Teams. The two together on the mobile device now don't work properly together.
I've looked through both tenants to see if there is any sharing or guest access. There is no cross-access between the 2.
I've had the user delete the mobile app, and re-install and it continues.
I've tested on a different mobile device with the accounts in question. Still happens.
It doesn't appear to be an issue when using the desktop app, or browser app.
