Structure meetings with many participants in Teams

Is there possible to structure a Teams meeting with many participants in a way that avoids many people talking in each other's mouths and interrupting each other? For example a button the participants press to let the presenter know that the participant have a comment, and put the participant in a comment queue, so that participants can comment one at a time in the order the comment queue shows. This will make it easier for the presenter to hold a organised meeting without interruptions
