something went wrong please try again or refresh the page ChannelStillProvisioning
Hi,
One of Teams channel created and users using the same but Files tab doesn't work in teams channel getting error that "something went wrong please try again or refresh the page ChannelStillProvisioning"
Can you suggest on this
Note: We cant delete and restore the channel since users are using it.
Kumar_Nesamoodu Assuming that this is only affecting one channel for all users, and that you are not able to recreate the experience when you create a further new channel, then we can assume its an anomaly with the provisioning on this particular channel; If you're not able to recreate the channel due to engrained usage to date, then the best course of action is to raise a service request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre - this will likely save you significant time.
They will be able to run the provisioning scripts for you again to correct this.
