Kumar_Nesamoodu Assuming that this is only affecting one channel for all users, and that you are not able to recreate the experience when you create a further new channel, then we can assume its an anomaly with the provisioning on this particular channel; If you're not able to recreate the channel due to engrained usage to date, then the best course of action is to raise a service request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre - this will likely save you significant time.
They will be able to run the provisioning scripts for you again to correct this.
