SharePoint & Teams Folder/Directory structure
I'm having issue with how SharePoint and Teams integrate... well, kinda don't. Why can't SharePoint see the folders that are made in Teams? It creates sites based on them, but why can't SharePoint ...
jeffburkholder when you create new Channels in Teams, a new folder with the same name is created in the default document library of the associated SPO site. If you create folders in SPO, they do not currently show up automatically in Teams, but you can make them show up by manually creating a channel in Teams with the EXACT same name (this is going to be improved in the near future by providing all of the library functionality you see in SPO in the Teams UX)
