Share Audio
Hi all, Is it possible to share audio on Teams meeting without a microphone? I.e. if we had a meeting, one user shares their desktop and plays an audio file, can we record that?

Yes it is possible to share audio when sharing desktop. Audio will be recorded in Stream if you record the meeting.

While audio may appear in recordings, it doesn't seem to share live at all! If there is no mic connected, trying to share computer audio (such as a video in a presentation) is met with an error to check speakers and mic are connected. Speakers definitely are, but having no mic on this computer completely prevents sharing.
