Greetings all,
I've seen some posts related to issues enabling NDI in Teams but no real solution to the issue so I'll make another try here. When I try to enable NDI in Teams I just get the same error referenced by others: "There was a problem downloading the file. Try turning on NDI again."
When I first encountered the problem I changed machine and tried the same Teams account on that machine (a Windows 10, 2004) and NDI enabled without any issues. Then I went back to the first machine (Windows 10, 1909) and starting to some debugging, removed Teams, reinstalled Teams, deleted folder related to Teams etc. but nothing helped. I was about to give up when I tried to create a new clean user profile and then suddenly NDI could be enabled on my Teams account.
The log file shows the following when I enable NDI on my original user profile. Seems the error is related to the extraction of the file, not a failed downloaded of the file which the error message imply.

Anyone else ran into this that has found a solution?
The whole implementation of NDI in Teams feels shaky and unpredictable, nothing I'd expect in a Enterprise application like Teams.
