PSTN calling gives wrong country prefix
PatrikE Hi Patrik, I just experienced the same issue for some users in our new consolidated office in Italy. We were confused as it was only a handful of the users, but we managed to resolve it this way:
- Connected to on-prem AD and looked up the users
- Checked the "Address" tab under their profiles
- Selected the corresponding country (Italy) from the drop-down menu
- Applied the changes
- Connected to Teams Admin Center (TAC) and looked up the users
- Verified their details and assigned location was correct
- Waited up to 30-60 minutes
- Signed the user out of Teams on their device and logged in again
Once they signed in again and now typed in a phone number on their dial pad in Teams, it would now show the correct country code prefix (in this case Italian).
