Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the data collected in M365. Specifically, I need to summarize in a section for my client's corporate agreement what data is collected for all applications in M365. For example, in Teams, data such as chats, posts, voicemails, etc. How long are they stored and where?

Or, for example, in Excel, data such as who last opened it, edited it, where are these data stored, and when are they deleted?

Do you have any ideas where I can find this information collected, or perhaps examples from other companies that have documented this in general?
