Hi,
So I am noticing an issue on the teams application on Windows 11.
While in my profile (or any profile within my org) via the Teams (work or school) application I am noticing randomly my organisational view is not available to select. However if I log into the Teams web interface the Organisational view is available and once I view it inside the browser the organisational view becomes available on the Teams (work or school) application on Windows 11.
This will work for some time and then not work again, I dont really use it but newer people joining our organisation find it useful to understand the company structure.
We utilise Teams quite a bit and it seems to be a feature that should be working but obviously isnt?

Hi @bengerry77 ,
If you're experiencing an issue where the organizational view is sometimes not available in the Teams application on Windows 11, while it works fine on the Teams web interface, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Clear Teams cache: Clearing the cache of the Teams application can resolve various issues. Close Teams, navigate to the cache folder (refer to previous responses for specific locations), and delete the files and folders within it. Restart Teams and see if the organizational view becomes consistently available.
2. Update Teams: Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed on your Windows 11 device. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address issues related to the application's functionality. Check for updates within the Teams app by clicking on your profile picture or initials, then selecting "Check for updates."
3. Check Teams settings: Verify that your Teams settings are configured correctly. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the Teams app, then select "Settings." Go to the "General" section and check if the option to "Open application in the background" is enabled. If it's disabled, try enabling it and see if it resolves the issue.
4. Reset Teams app: If the problem persists, you can try resetting the Teams application settings. To do this, close Teams, open the Windows Settings app, navigate to "Apps," select "Microsoft Teams," and click on "Advanced options." In the Advanced options page, click on the "Reset" button to reset the app to its default settings. Restart Teams and check if the organizational view is consistently available.
5. Reinstall Teams: As a last resort, if none of the above steps work, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Teams application on your Windows 11 device. Uninstall Teams through the Windows Settings app (under "Apps"), then download and install the latest version from the official Microsoft Teams website. After the reinstallation, check if the issue is resolved.
