OneNote Tab - The user does not have permissions to access this resource.

Hello Everyone,

When I try to add OneNote to a Teams channel, I am getting below error 

"The user does not have permissions to access this resource.". 

1. I am the owner of this Team/O365group. 

2. I am trying to add OneNote tab and in that I am selecting a OneNote which I have permissions. This OneNote was created by my colleague, however I made my ID as with edit permissions. 

3. This OneNote is saved under a SharePoint online site - Site Assets library. 

4. I also used "Paste a link" option and copied link from the browser address bar and still same error. 

5. I did same test for several OneNotes and same error. 

Note: I have also created test library and then created test notebook under that library and provided myself as site collection administrator and also Owner of this OneNote and Full control to this Library.

@markus_brown: " I am the owner of this Team/O365group. " this doesn't mean that you have access to "OneNote APP", you need to add yourself in SharePoint Site member/owner group to see the OneNote Connector.

Of course, if you add yourself as "SITE Collection Admin" you have full access to entire tenant sites and their contents. Thus you have access to OneNote APP also.
