One Internal User is not able to give control
I have a user internally that is not able to give control of their screen to others. She has the same permissions as everyone else. When a request comes to her for control the give control button is greyed out. Was wondering if there was another section in the admin portal that I need to look into.

- The give control is either not working due to outdated graphics card drivers, or the users isn't logging in as a tenant user and is for some reason in the Team via Guest account which cannot Share control.
ChrisWebbTech Sorry for a late response here. We had the user update the video drivers up-to-date for her current card as well as make sure she is logging in with her account. Still no dice on being able to give control or accept a request for control. Still looking for a solution if you have another suggestion.
