The give control is either not working due to outdated graphics card drivers, or the users isn't logging in as a tenant user and is for some reason in the Team via Guest account which cannot Share control.
ChrisWebbTech Sorry for a late response here. We had the user update the video drivers up-to-date for her current card as well as make sure she is logging in with her account. Still no dice on being able to give control or accept a request for control. Still looking for a solution if you have another suggestion.
