Hallo zusammen

 

Wir möchten in unserer Firma eigentlich MS Teams als Haupt-Tool verwenden.

Leider haben wir jedoch bei der Qualität geteilten Bildschirmen so massive Qualitätsprobleme, dass ein Einsatz momentan nicht sinnvoll ist und nicht ausreicht so dass wir momentan mit Zoom arbeiten.

 

Beim Zoom ist die Qualität in jedem Fall hervorragend, das heisst, die Internetverbindung sowie Grafikkarte sind nicht limitierend und es muss sich somit um ein Problem mit MS Teams handeln.

 

Wir arbeiten meist mit ziemlich grossen Screens (34" curved), haben die Probleme jedoch auch bei kleineren FullHD Screens.

 

Zur Verdeutlichung sind zwei Printscreens angehängt.

Der erste Printscreen ist vom übertragenden Screen mit der guten Auflösung, der zweite Printscreen der welcher auf der anderen Seite beim Teilen der Screens empfangen wird.

 

übertragender Rechner -> gute Qualitätübertragender Rechner -> gute Qualität

 

empfangender Rechner -> schlechte Qualitätempfangender Rechner -> schlechte Qualität

 

Nun zu meinen Fragen:

  • Hat jemand eine Idee, an was das liegen könnte?
  • Gibt es bei MS Teams Optionen welche dies beeinflussen

Seems like blurriness issue on large screens. Screen sharing or app sharing uses VBSS so should be the same either scenario.  I've asked our program managers for advice on this one - I'll follow up when I have an answer.

Where you able to find anything?

 

I'd be really glad for a short update about this issue.

Unfortunately we're not able to use Teams because of this issue and we need to switch to other tools.

Hi,

unfortunately not.  We tried several things, but without success.

 

The workarounds we use are:

  • using other tools
  • Sharing only one window which uses not the whole screen. This makes it hard when handling several windows)

We would be very glad if the problem would be solved officially.

Well it's not possible for us to use different tools right now. And I know about the workarounds but as you mentioned it's not practical.
