Ms Planner Not Loading In Teams App

Hey All,

Please Help.

Recently in the MS Teams App, The Planner app has stopped working.....


I have attempted many things, Log out / in, Uninstall / Reinstall Teams App, etc......


Please see the attached Screen shot.

I hope someone can help...

Can you try to access Planner App directly in the browser and see if it works? Planner App is available in the Microsoft 365 home page or you can also access it typing



Not sure if this will work in your case, but I was able to restore the connection to the Tasks and Planner app by quitting Teams and restarting.  Teams does not quit if you close it, so you need to right click the icon in the taskbar and select 'Quit'.
