Microsoft Teams will not let me sign in via desktop but will via the mobile app

Hi,

When I go to sign in to Microsoft Teams either by the app or web via a laptop it will not let me sign in, even though I have an account. When I put in my log in details to sign in it says "You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organisation." Then when I click "Sign up for teams" then "Sign up for free", an error page appears saying "Access to businessstore.microsoft.com was denied. You don't have authorisation to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403"

Yet I can sign into my Teams account through the mobile app without any problems.

The email I am using is a personal email and I hope you can help.

You're not alone. I'm getting the same error. Is the page down, I wonder? @LeeC1234

I've had this issue for a while now. Not sure if its something to do with my old teams account with my university email.
