Microsoft Teams Ring Back Tone
Hello everyone,
All of our UK (+44) MS Teams Service numbers have got this issue.
When you dial them from a phone we experience international ring back tone followed by standard UK ring back tone.
Is this normal behaviour? It's on all of our Service numbers..

Hi,
What did you assign the Service number to? A Call Queue or a Auto Attendant?
If it is a CQ you might here a ring back tone first, not sure if MS sends a 180 Ringing with SDP or without (with or with out ring back tone media). And shortly after that you should here the Welcome message or directly the On Hold music.
If it is a AA you should here the Welcome message and then the IVR menu.
