Hey Y'all,
So we've been having some trouble with Microsoft teams lately. We are using it to stream out audio from our church services live for anyone who wishes to call and hear the sermon. Recently, though, we have been having a lot of trouble with our audio cutting in and out every 4 - 5 words on the phone lines and we've tried to no avail to get it to stop. We are using a direct Aux line from our mixer here going into the computer as our input and have checked everything here. We believe it is a result of the noise-canceling AI built into Microsoft teams as that is where the choppiness seems to be happening. Is there any way to disable the AI?
