microsoft teams appearance

why does my Microsoft teams appearance look different than any other Microsoft teams I saw on the youtube or Microsoft teams website? mine only has 4 icons on the left side. I couldn't see the files icon or anything else.  why ? and how to fix it?

notice the icons on the Microsoft website for microsoft teams are a lot more than in my app as above

@xtyran995 it’s a little confusing but you’re using the Free version of Microsoft Teams and most of the content you see online is based on the version for work or school.
