I have some Plantronics Backbeat Fit 3100 wireless earbuds. They work perfectly with my phone, websites (through Chrome at least), my Smart TV etc. However, when using Microsoft Teams (specifically, in a Teams Online Meeting) on a laptop under Windows 10 I can only get sound through one earbud (the RHS one, which is the default 'master' one to which the LHS one connects). Is there any definitive solution to this? I've tried setting them up through the Teams interface so it does recognise them. I'm pretty sure they're not a Teams officially supported audio device but I'd really like to know why they won't work, even if there is no hope!
