- Out of curiosity, is this a work issued laptop or you personal laptop? If it is work issued why haven't you escalated the issue to your IT team? The error shown is thrown by an Adaware product. The logs do not show the shutdown period. The shutdown period would be realized by a break in the events captured, indicated by a missing period in the Date and time column (shutdown period to restart period).
