Is click-to-dial recognition in chat possible?

I'm thinking either Teams updated without this feature or it was never there. We're just looking to see how we can have Teams recognize a phone number in chat, and it would present us an option to dial it by clicking on it. Kind of like how our phones nowadays can recognize a phone number in a text or email without needing the TEL: link embedded. 

Any potential best practices as to quickly get a user to dial a number without having to copy and paste?
