International Calling Plan needed?
Hi there,
a customer of us is just starting a Teams Calling Plan pilot. Everything looks fine so far. Until now they only own Domestic Calling Plans, but in few cases the employees are intended to start an international call. It looks like it is not possible, but why?
My thought was, that they have no minute pool, because they have no International Calling plan, but I guessed they would be able to pay for each single minute.
Isn't that possible? Is an International Calling Plan license mandatory?
Kind regards,
woelki
Hi,
For users that only have the Domestic Calling Plan you can add communication credits and they will pay per minute instead. So they don't have to but International Call Plan. Note that you have to assign the Communication Credit license to users that are going to use the credits.
