Inconsistency with the meeting option "Announce when people dialing in join or leave"

When I create a Teams meeting in Outlook the option "Announce when people dialing in join or leave" is turned on, but when I create a meeting in the Teams app the option is turned off. Can you set this somewhere so that it is consistent?
