Images are not opened until you close ms teams and reopen it.

Sometime (almost always) my and all my team have a problem with images. I can see the preview of the image in the chat but if I open it I can see the gray background only until I reboot the MS Teams. This issue is applicable for both Mac and Windows OS and Web App. This major issue is reproducebale for a years I guess.

I have experienced this problem myself several times and I think it's normally related to performance problems in the Teams Desktop client so re-starting the client, as you well mention, normally solves the problem

Its not normal. Ive never seen that problem in Whatsapp, Telegram, Slack or Skype. Almost every one in our team (200 people) has that issue. It is not my problem - low performance of web/mac/win. Its critical issue, and Microsoft cant fix it asap? Besides that there is no opportunity to use multi-corp accaunt like on phone. Its the same annouing critical issue.
