We are testing Microsoft Teams Phone, and I just switched my test user from a Microsoft Phone Plan to Teams Phone Mobile (similar to Operator Connect) plan from Verizon. However, my voicemail no longer answers the call. When I make a test call to my Microsoft Teams/Verizon phone number, the call just disconnects after 20 seconds. Voicemail does not pick up even though I have voicemail setup for this test user.

SolutionI'm not sure what changed, but it works now. Verizon was not very helpful. Most of their support reps aren't even aware of Teams Phone Mobile.
