How to stop Team mentions showing up in Activity Feed for a Team I have left (mobile)

I left a team, but still whenever that team is mentioned it is showing up in my Activity Feed (on mobile app only) and I am getting sound notifications. When I tap the activity from the feed, it shows a screen saying "You're no longer a member of this team"

On my desktop, I am seeing none of these team mentions in my activity feed.

I rejoined the team from PC, turned off notifications on on all channels, and left the team again, but I am still getting notifications on mobile.

I also de-installed and reinstalled app but it did not fix issue.
