How to split the organization into two groups in Microsoft Teams?
Guys, I need help!
I'm having trouble shielding my team of developers. Users call and send private messages on Microsoft Teams.
To solve this, my idea is to divide the organization into two groups on Microsoft Teams:
The first group is the users, who are part of other areas of the company, they can use private chat and call to chat between them. They will not be able to send a message to IT agents if they are blocked
The second group will be from the IT area, will be able to use private chat and calls for all users of the organization.
The IT area can unblock users who can send messages to them.
If blocked by the IT area, users will not be able to send a message in the private chat or call the users of the IT group privately.
Was I able to explain clearly? Do you need more information?
It is possible? How I do?
Would you have another idea to solve this difficulty?

- Sounds like you could benefit from “Information Barriers”

I think the same, Information Barriers is something that could be used to get this done.
