jwang037 Hi, you can clear Teams related objects at several places (windows/registry) but the links should provide answers to your questions.
'The Windows client is deployed to the AppData folder located in the user’s profile'
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/get-clients#windows
'How the Microsoft Teams MSI package works'
'Clean up and redeployment procedure'

ChristianBergstrom Hi Christian,
Thanks for the information. Would you then happen to know why there seems to be some residual files leftover after the uninstallation and the Squirrel Telemetry log keeps logging these uninstall entries every single time I start up my computer? This doesn't seem to be normal behaviour, thus would like to solicit the expertise of the Microsoft employees and tech contributors. Why is Teams still logging such behaviour when I have already uninstalled it?
Thank you!

jwang037 Hello again, well to start with you need to uninstall both Microsoft Teams and the Teams Machine-Wide Installer. I really don't understand the problem (sorry) but if you would like to completely wipe everything with an association with Teams you have to do manual deletion of objects. I suggest you open up a support ticket with the official support if you have further questions. If you can't do that have your IT administrator do it for you.
