Features missing in iPad

Hello, i use Teams on my ipad (updated last version) and there are features missing. I have a different toolbar compared to my colleagues with less options, no floating one, i can not use the chat function at same time of video (have to leave the video to go to chat) and do not have the option to ‘raise my hand’ nor can i see team members raise their hands. Is this an iPad problem?

    The “raise hands” option was available previously. Has disappeared today.

      Schoolwork  I have also discovered the Hands Up feature is missing from iOS on teams. This is a real pain! Causes inconsistency across platforms as it seems to be still available on windows

    I also have the same problem.

    It was there in IPAD Air 2 first day when I installed. Second day, it's gone.
