Looking for some guidance in limiting Teams remote PowerShell access. Is there a way to do this similarly to Exchange Online Enable or disable access to Exchange Online PowerShell | Microsoft Docs ?
Is this possible using Conditional Access policies just for the PowerShell modules rather than GUI/API access?

No, but Teams PowerShell is only available to certain Teams admin roles, as per the table at the link below. ExOL PowerShell is different in that any user can connect, hence the override ability.
