Microsoft Teams for desktop now offers users two different applications to choose from:

Teams for home or small business or Teams for work or school - I was wondering, what the actual differences between these applications are?
Is there a way of identifying what Microsoft considers a small business/should I be directing my users to download one over the other?
Or are they pretty much the same application?
