I am an independent advisor answering end-user questions about Microsoft Teams.
At this time, MS Teams is not equipped to delete MS Forms/Polls from a Teams Chat.
Even though you may delete a form/poll from the Forms homepage in MS365, it remains in Teams.
Microsoft is aware of this issue. I suggest you vote on existing feedback or create your own.
