Creating Teams Template with HUB and OneNote Templates

Our company would like to have the ability to a create a  Project Team in Teams that has consistent format and layout with Planner and OneNote Notebooks. Basically trying to create a Team Template with Planner and OneNote Templates integrated. Unfortunately the workflow is cumbersome to get this to work. Anyone find a clear way to accomplish something like this? Or maybe a wish list item for a more direct workflow.....
